Cuminas Active Content Protection (ACP) is a PDF Information Rights Management (IRM) solution which prevents information leakage, reuse of confidential documents, and protection of commercial digital content in organizations.
Since Cuminas ACP can control permissions like View, Print, Copy, Edit, Save and Expiry by each user or each group through ACP Server, you still have the control to the documents even after deploying the documents.
Also, those advanced technologies like Passwordless Authentication and multi device support enables high level security without changing the existing workflow, and that ensures the best fit with BYOD environment.
Main Features
- Passwordless Authentication
- Multiple Device Support
- Access Control to Remote Files
- Expiration

Advantages
Passwordless Authentication by Auth-Code
Auth-Code Authentication is easier and securer way than legacy ID / Password authentication. Auth-Code is a one-time password which is dynamically generated. Once the user enter Auth-Code, he / she doesn’t need to care about ID / Password, because the authentication information stored securely on the device.
Permission Control
You can give permissions like View, Print, Copy, Edit, Save and Expiry to specific documents and each user / group.
Recalling Files Already Sent Out
You can modify the permissions dynamically after you sent out the PDF documents to users. You can change the access right of a specific user to a document remotely for example.
Expiry
One of the most powerful feature of ACP is Exiry which the PDF standards doesn’t offer. You can set expiry to each file, and change the expiry date after you sent the file to users.
Tracking Usage of Files
The powerful log feature provide the detailed information about access to a specific file.
PDF Encryption Based On ISO PDF Standards
Since Cuminas ACP is compatible on PDF standards, ISO 32000-1:2008, the PDF files encrypted by ACP can be used in any existing system which supports PDF standards.
Offline Reading
ACP supports offline environment. You can set the offline-cache period for those who need offline access to the document.
Easy Integration with Existing Workflow
